Registration is in English only . Control panel is localized for several European and Asian languages, plus Esperanto and others. To select your language in the control panel:
1) login from the page: http://myblog.mypacis.com/wp-login.php
2) click on "Options"
3) select the desidered language in the Language dropdown menu
